This is one of the perfect examples of a second story addition on split bungalow. Our team took this project in the beginning of 2013, initiating obtaining a building permit procedure and accomplish this project in October 2013. Total time spend on the project is 7 month: 4 month for planning and 3 month for building.
We started this project from from initial idea of our customers and worked all the way to professionally made drawings and documents required for Building Permit. Once project was developed on paper our team take care of communications with the city and received all required permits As soon as we received permits, our team was ready to start construction within one week, so no time was wasted, and we accomplished a second floor addition on top of existing part of the bungalow, avoiding damaging a split part of the house within proposed time shedule. After that, we completely remodel the ground floor including family room and kitchen, build new and upgrade existing staircases and finally creating a separate, comfortable and spacious apartment in the basement. All works have been accomplished as per customer wishes and desires, with professional help of our team.
