Old house was a small 2 bedroom bungalow on an narror 30' x 105' lot. It was rebuild into a beautiful 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom contemporary home with distinctive assimetrical design. We kept front and side walls, and added large kitchen and living room at the back on the first floor. Space on the second floor was designed to accomodate a spasious master bedroom with soaring 14' vaulte ceilings, spa like ensuite with heated floors and walk - in closet, plus 3 bedrooms and 2 washrooms. 

This stunning house blends clean contemporary styling with open, flowing spaces and elegant casual living. Stuccoed walls with stained cedar accents give a modern yet warm appearance to the exterior. The home is crowned with an assimetrical 2-levels roof.

Upscale interior materals were used for high end custom appeal, including including hickory hardwood floors, reclaimed barn door in the study room. designer tiles and designer lighting fixtures. Smart Home System with lights control throughout, motion censors, temperature control for every room via smart phone/tablet application was installed on both floors. Part of the Smart Home System is bluetooth in-ceiling speakers on the first floor,
