  We completed this project in under 9 months with no unexpected issues, thanks to years of experience building similar additions since 2011.

  • Our knowledge of zoning and building codes helped us avoid using fire shutters, saving the client $10,000 while still adding windows to all rooms.
  • We provided a fully finished basement and added upgraded underlayment, ensuring warm floors without extra costs. 
• Creative Design Solutions:
  • A beautiful wine closet was built at minimal cost, with glass doors being the only major expense.
  • Ceiling heights were optimized:
    • 8-foot basement ceilings without expensive underpinning.
    • 10-foot ceilings on the first floor and 9 feet on the second floor.
    • An 11-foot cathedral ceiling in the master bedroom, adding elegance and space.
